Step 1: Enter Your Rental Details
First, you’ll need to provide the basic information for your trip on the homepage.
Go to the Vroomzo website or open their mobile app.
Find the booking section. This is usually at the very top of the page.
Enter the Pickup Location: Type in the city, airport code (e.g., “ISB” for Islamabad International Airport), or specific address where you want to pick up the car.
Select Dates and Times: Choose your desired pickup date and time, as well as your return date and time.
Specify Driver’s Age: Some companies have different rates or restrictions for drivers under 25.
Click “Search” or “Find a Car”.
Step 2: Choose Your Vehicle
You will now see a list of available cars based on your search criteria.
Browse the Options: Look through the different car categories available (e.g., Economy, Compact, SUV, Luxury).
Use Filters: To narrow down your search, use filters on the side or top of the page. Common filters include:
Car Type: SUV, Sedan, Hatchback, etc.
Transmission: Automatic or Manual.
Price Range: Set a budget.
Features: GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
Compare Cars: Look at the details for each car, including passenger capacity, luggage space, mileage policy (unlimited or limited), and the total price.
Select Your Car: Once you’ve found the perfect car, click the “Select,” “Book Now,” or “Reserve” button next to it.
Step 3: Enter Driver's Information
You’ll need to provide personal details for the primary driver.
Full Name: Enter your name exactly as it appears on your driver’s license.
Contact Information: Provide a valid email address (for the confirmation) and a phone number.
Address: Enter your home address.
Driver’s License Information: You may be asked to enter your driver’s license number and expiration date.
Step 4: Provide Payment Details
This is the final step to secure your reservation.
Choose Payment Method: Select either credit card or debit card (check their policy, as most companies require a credit card).
Enter Card Information: Fill in your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
Billing Address: Confirm your billing address.
Review Payment Options: Some sites offer a “Pay Now” option for a discount, or a “Pay at Counter” option.
Step 5: Review and Confirm Your Booking
Before finalizing, carefully review all the details of your reservation.
Check Everything: Double-check the pickup/drop-off locations, dates, times, car type, add-ons, and total cost.
Read the Terms & Conditions: Pay close attention to the cancellation policy, fuel policy (e.g., full-to-full), and any mileage limits.
Confirm Booking: If everything is correct, click the “Confirm Reservation” or “Book Now” button.
